  21.             Screen Machine is not, and has never been in the Public
  22.             Domain. Screen Machine is not free.
  23.             
  24.             Non-registered users are granted a limited, 90-day license
  25.             to use Screen Machine to determine whether or not the
  26.             program meets their needs. Continued use of Screen Machine
  27.             beyond the 90-day evaluation time period requires
  28.             registration of the package. Use of non-registered copies of
  29.             Screen Machine beyond the original evaluation period is
  30.             strictly prohibited.
  31.             
  32.             No one may modify Screen Machine for any reason, in any way,
  33.             including but not limited to, decompiling-compiling,
  34.             patching, disassembling, or reverse engineering the program.
  35.             
  36.             These restrictions also apply to all Screen Machine screen
  37.             displays such as the opening screen, help screen, and all
  38.             other proprietary program output.
  39.             
  40.             Screen Machine may be copied and distributed to others,
  41.             subject to the above restrictions and the following:

  43.             Screen Machine must be copied in unmodified form, including
  44.             the file containing this license information.
  45.             
  46.             Complete Screen Machine documentation and online-help must
  47.             be included.
  48.             
  49.             No copying fee of any type may be assessed other than basic
  50.             charges for the cost of the copying medium.
  51.             
  52.             Screen Machine may not be distributed with any other
  53.             software or hardware product(s) without the express written
  54.             permission of ASMicro, Co.
  55.             
  56.             Sysops (bulletin board SYStem OPerators) may make Screen
  57.             Machine available for downloading by their users as long as
  58.             all above conditions are met.

  60.             This agreement supersedes any and all previous agreements.

  62.             No blanket authorization has been issued by ASMicro, Co.,
  63.             for commercial distribution of its products.

  70.             ASMicro hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this
  71.             software, whether express or implied, including without
  72.             limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or
  73.             fitness for a particular purpose. ASMicro will not be
  74.             liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect
  75.             or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason,
  76.             even if ASMicro or an agent of ASMicro has been advised
  77.             of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall
  78.             ASMicro's liability for any damages ever exceed the price
  79.             paid for the license to use software, regardless of the form
  80.             of the claim. The person using the software bears all risk
  81.             as to the quality and performance of the software.

  87.             granted a license to use the package as often as you wish.
